Violation of this policy will result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent removal from the program
- No refund

are the exclusive intellectual property of Rishi Parampara. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or recording of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments & Fees
- All fees must be paid in full before course access is granted.
- Payments once made are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- Refund policies (if applicable) will be governed separately under the Refund Policy page.
6. Conduct & Discipline
Rishi Parampara operates under the traditional Gurukul discipline.
Participants are expected to:
- Maintain respectful conduct
- Avoid disruptive behavior during sessions
- Not misuse the learning platform
Any misconduct may lead to removal without refund.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Vedic sciences provide guidance based on classical principles.
Rishi Parampara does not guarantee:
- Specific life outcomes
- Financial gain
- Relationship success
- Health results
The knowledge shared is educational and spiritual in nature.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rishi Parampara shall not be held liable for:
- Personal decisions made based on course content
- Technical disruptions beyond our control
- Loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Website Usage
You agree not to:

- Upload malicious software

The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Recording live classes
- Downloading or redistributing course recordings
- Sharing login credentials or class links
- Copying or reproducing study materials
- Uploading course content to social media or third-party platforms
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the content
Any misuse may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent removal from all programs
- Legal action under applicable copyright and IT laws
- Claim for damages and financial penalties
Rishi Parampara reserves the right to monitor access logs and take appropriate action in case of suspected misuse.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.

13. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Participants may request cancellation of their course enrollment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the course.
Refund requests made within this period will be processed in accordance with this policy.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the course start time will not be eligible for a refund.
No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment.
Important Notice:
- If a participant is removed due to violation of course discipline, sharing of access links, login credentials, or misuse of content, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
